The Problem: Initially, the large blade size caused the canvas to curl into an unusable “C” shape, exposing the back.

The Breakthrough: Months of experimentation in early 2026 and thousands of dollars in ruined materials resulted in a proprietary formula that maintains the canvas’s flatness while preserving the vibrant NDU Colors palette.

The Seven-Step Production Process:
1. Coating: Products undergo a rigorous seven-step coating process
2. Drying: Each layer requires a full overnight drying period.
3. Precision: Blades are kept together in a whole sheet during all seven applications to ensure uniform shrinking.
4. Curing: The completed sheets are left to cure for several days to lock in the shape and color.
5. Finishing: Each individual fan is precision cut with a labor-intensive process using hand tools.
