Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless the product is defective. Products are not meant to determine your season. Please reach out to a certified analyst via our Analyst Directory for support in determining your personal color analysis.

Defective items may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product. The item must be unused, include the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of textile manufacturing, all fabric products may show normal signs of production and handling such as salvage edges, minor marks and flaws, minimal snags, and minor discoloration from liquid sealant. Defective fabric items may be exchanged for the same or similar textile as supplies allow. Qualifying defects include sun fading, holes outside of salvage edge, and significant stains and snags. Purchase of shipping insurance is encouraged to ensure safe delivery of all textiles in original condition— damage during shipping is not the responsibility of NDU Colors.

Shipping costs and any other fees are non-refundable.
