European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Return Process
Once you notify us of your intent to withdraw, you must send the goods back to us at your own expense without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your cancellation. 

  • Note: You will be liable for the direct cost of returning these goods internationally. We can not accept any package with unpaid shipping.  Unpaid shipments may have customs delays.

Reduction in Value of Used Products:  When you exercise your statutory right of return within 14 days, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, properties and function. This means that you have the right to handle and examine the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

You have the right to cancel your purchase for a *full product refund and the standard USPS First Class Package International shipping rate in these cases if you notify us within 14 days from the date you received the product. If you handle the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function, we are entitled to make a depreciation deduction. Such a deduction is made by comparing the value of the product upon return with the original value at the time of purchase. To receive a full refund when you make a return, we therefore recommend that you return the product in its original condition and in its original packaging.

*Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard USPS First Class Package International. Any priority or express shipping or other couriers will be refunded up to the standard First Class Package International USPS shipping cost.  The refund will be issued to your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 

Customs Documentation: You must correctly complete all customs forms to ensure the shipment isn't delayed and no additional fees are assessed.  For returns a completed customs declaration CN23 with the words "RETURNED GOODS WITH ORIGIN IN THE USA" and a copy of the invoice must be attached to the outside of the package - preferably in a transparent delivery note pocket. If the customs declaration is not filled out correctly, a fee may be charged which may be deducted from your refund.
